Personal data
We collect personal data via the contact forms on the website, via messages on social media, job boards and via email. You can contact us as a
- candidate or freelance consultant, in which case we will retain your name, business or private contact details, and your curriculum vitae
- customer, in which case we will retain your name and business contact details
- supplier, in which case we will retain your name and business contact details
If you send us personal data via one of the above-mentioned methods, we will process and store that data in accordance with our privacy statement.
Visiting our website
We do not collect personal data from visitors to our website unless they fill in a contact form or send us an email, in which case our privacy statement applies (see previous section “personal data”).
The server on which our website is hosted does keep log files in which information is stored that can uniquely identify the device you are using and from which your location can be derived:
- your IP address
- your browser and version
- your operating system and version
- the web page from which you were referred to our website
Log files with this information are used for technical troubleshooting, to investigate malicious activities such as hacking, and to obtain summary statistics. Log files are automatically deleted after 1 month; only summary statistics are kept for a longer period.
Our website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use plugins from Google or Facebook such as Analytics or ReCaptcha. The only third party that has access to the log files and statistics is our hosting provider Combell.
