Processing purposes
Trevalco BV collects and processes the personal data of candidate employees for, among other things:
- evaluating whether a candidate meets the requirements for a job
- communication with the candidate, to request additional information or to schedule an interview
- possible recruitment of the candidate (drawing up employment contract, legal registrations and affiliations)
- drawing up commercial proposals
Trevalco BV collects and processes the personal data of customers and service providers for, among other things:
- drawing up commercial proposals
- drawing up project agreements
- order management
- invoicing and payment
- project management
- direct marketing
Legal basis(es) of the processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1
(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract
(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject
(f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
If this is necessary to achieve the intended purposes, the personal data will be shared with other data processors within and outside the European Economic Area who are directly or indirectly affiliated with Trevalco BV or with any other partner of Trevalco BV.
Personal data will only be shared in the context of an agreement with customers or service providers. Trevalco BV guarantees that the necessary measures have been taken to guarantee the protection of personal data. If this personal data is shared by a customer or service provider with other parties, this will only happen within the limits of the relevant agreement, whereby the data subject has explicitly given permission or if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement.
Storage period
Personal data relating to candidates who are not employed as employees will be kept for a maximum of 24 months after the decision regarding the application was communicated.
Personal data relating to candidates who are employed will be processed and stored as stipulated in the employment regulations.
Personal data relating to project agreements, invoicing and payment will be kept for at least 10 years after the end of the last agreement in order to comply with accounting obligations.
Personal data of customers and suppliers (e.g. contact details, roles & responsibilities) are kept indefinitely for direct marketing.
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data
The candidate employee, customer or service provider has the right to access his personal data at all times and can have it corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, have its processing restricted and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. In addition, the candidate employee, service provider or customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form) of his personal data.

Complaint
